I am writing to strongly recommend Empower as a resource for local businesses and agencies.
Our agency provides crisis intervention services to victims of domestic, sexual and stalking violence, and needed a refresher in empathy, boundary setting and de-escalation.  Empower proved as an excellent resource for our agency in regards to these subjects.  Our staff walked away from the training feeling encouraged, and armed with new knowledge and skills.  Additionally, Empower was able to work with our hectic schedules, and even provided the training on-site. As a small non-profit, we are always worried about our bottom line, but Empower made this much needed training very affordable.  I highly recommend Empower to any business or agency looking to better services and outcomes.
