When the Lord created us, he created us as mind - body - spirit, it is for this reason that EMPOWER LIFE SKILLS COACHING offers workshops that address the mind portion through the addressing our thought processes, the body through the need for physical skills and knowledge to be safe and stress free, and the the Spirit through connecting both the mind and body with the Word of God. The Christian Workshops are an awesome opportunity to move forward in not only how you choose to respond to the world but also empowers you to move forward in your relationship with Christ to be the person that the Lord created you to be.
Gardening Your Life
Gardening your life is a 12 session workshop that enables us to look at our life as a garden. By looking at our lives through this lens, we are then able to identify the weeds and plants in our lives and how having these in our garden impact on our self esteem, thoughts, communication, behavior, relationships, spiritual life and stress level. As with everything in our lives, we can connect the Lord's plan for us and the tools He has given us in His word to address these needs.
